  • All voice and data ports are on RJ-45 thereby ensuring a possible usage of more than two connectors from a single RJ -45 cable/port incase a particular pair is inoperable.
  • Predefined number of ready desktops based on process requirements kept in Store for immediate substitution incase of desktop malfunction.
  • Our Avaya ACD have the features that allow us to intelligently route calls to a primary and a secondary call center based on business needs and agreements.
